I believe fashion is a representation of ageless beauty, through a change of different style and costume, we create a personal style for every stage of our age. In western country, growing old is not an excuse to be abondoned by fashion, instead the oldies start learning to dress in a graceful way, through reading the blog " advance style", you can feel how energetic and happy life behind each beautiful lady, I hope we can keep enjoying the fun of dressing up till we are very old.

Life is a gift, we should treat it in a positive way.

早前在facebook上傳了一篇雅虎文章，主題是「老．女人味」，很開心香港終於有位時裝人能積極地回應女人年華老去的問題，不是只一味「剩女」，「中女」地去刺激對年齡異常敏感的香港女人，我不會說自己對青春逝去亳無感覺，我確實也有點戚戚然，不過與其還強抵抗，勉強梳個小丸子頭，或刻意地著上不合年齡的年青衣服更令我感到可悲。歲月的而且確是會偷走我們表面的一些東西，然而它也會為有智慧的人帶來品味與鬆容，只要我們不放棄對美的追求，老了我們也能悅己者容。

這個advance style blog是我早前在網路上無意看到的，一看很是喜歡。我一直深信老人也可以很時尚，你看他們的造型多酷，在香港我真的很難看到一位很「酷」的老人，印象中除了Joyce Ma 及Kinji 的毅老太外，其他的什麼夫人都好像華貴得來太俗氣，反而張曼玉，鐘楚紅以及鄭秀文都是我期望老得來好看兼有型的幾位女星，看我們這一代80後又能否改變這種港式師奶造型局勢，為這個不什美麗的城市美化一點。

Gorgeous Furniture Brand - Truck from Japan

I know Truck from reading a book about Japanese living style, I am not particularly fond of Japanese, but I appreciate so much for their culture and aesthetic sense, I think they are the only nationality in Asia have a good eyes on beauty. Truck is a furniture company running by a family, husband and wife and their little son, situated quietly in Osaka, working silently but concentrated, every piece of furniture is created by the owner's hand, as a furniture lover, I envy and dare not to expect there is kind of these companies is found in HK, because we chinese don't have the eyes nor any sense.

Closet Visit: Natural style from Japanese clothing designer-Momo Suzuki

Just found this closet visit blog from Rack AND Ruin, there are so many interviews done by the blogger by visiting different designer's and stylist's closet, I like this blog and so interested in knowing how the infamous but stylish people dress up themselves and their way of interpreting fashion style, I hate those blogs full of commercial fashion news and celebrity interviews, writing a blog is not for fame but for one's own sake, so confuse with some HK fashion blog treats the blog as a commercial media for the big brands instead of what they said as first.

Momo Suzuki is a Japanese born clothing designer (Her line is called Black Crane) and jewelry maker. She lives with her designer husband Alexander Yamaguchi in Los Angeles. Momo is multi talented, funny, pretty and super nice!

Momo's closet was simple, pared down, and felt well composed. A lot of clothes and jewelry were from her and her husband's lines. The pieces from her line are very minimal and loose fitting but the patterns are completely unique and interesting.

Describe your personal style.
I would say simple. I like to play with different texture with same tone. I don't have a particular style, just enjoying to follow my feeling.
Everyday is different.

What's your inspiration when you design clothes and jewelry?
World around me. color gradation of petal, patterns from nature, spills on the street, can be anything.
